Huntington Defeats West Islip 7-5!

After going up 4 -0 midway in the first quarter, the 6th grade team battled a tough West Islip squad to bring home a 7-5 victory, raising their record to 2-0. Kevin Marek had two goals and many players contributed on offense including both Ryans (McDonough and Brady), Chris Mahoney and Pat Coffey. The starting defense of Chris Potter, Pat Cronin and Derek Drance proved tough, blocking many shots and killing penalties.   (To see the full picture, double click on the thumbnails below.)
